USPS Priority Mail Shipping Service
Most of the items listed on the BlankArtScrolls.com website are custom made to order and will ship directly from workshop in Beijing, China. The shipping service is EMS, which is delivered via the USPS Priority Mail Service in 3-7 days. This time-frame does not include the time it takes to make your scroll/scrolls.
USPS Priority Mail Service shipping charges are weight based and clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Charges
Although most orders are shipped directly from China, we are only charging you $5 per item ordered. Shipping costs from Beijing, China are obviously much higher, so we are not trying to inflate our shipping charges, we are trying to keep them as low as possible.

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from this site (EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS). You have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and begin the return process. According to the policy outlined below we will provide either a replacement item or a full refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item, shipping the wrong item, etc. In cases where the return is because of an error we made we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing the replacement item.
Returning an Item is Easy
To return an item simply contact us to request an invoice containing the required order return number. We will email you a copy of the invoice, which will include the order return number.
After receiving your returned item in its original condition we will ship a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund (normally within seven days). When your refund is issued or your replacement item is shipped we will send you an email notification.
PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before you return an item or this return policy will be considered null and void. Returns received without an invoice containing the order return number may be refused at our sole discretion. To avoid any problems with your return contact us before returning your order.
At our sole discretion returns received without the required order return number will be subject to a processing fee of $10, and a shipping fee equal to the amount it will cost to ship your item to you.
